“Cricket is a sport that has always been a part of my life, and I have been fortunate to meet some truly inspirational people throughout the game. Through both my research and my own personal experience, however, I have found that cricket is increasingly isolating for girls once we leave age group cricket, as teammates that once surrounded us are no longer playing. This is an issue I am keen to face head on, hence, we decided to start 21 Not Out, to bring the community together from across Essex.“
